The star of the Order of St. Catherine

The breast star and neck jewel and miniature medal of the Order of St. Catherine of Mount Sinai, containing the quartered arms of Jerusalem, Lusignan/Luxembourg, Cyprus, and Armenian Cilicia.

According to legend, the lion that appears in three of the quarters was granted by King Richard Lionheart of England to honor the valor of the Crusaders of the order.
